Ingredients: Green Tea, Honeysuckle Flower, Cassia Seed, Lotus Leaf, Fiveleaf Gynostemma, Hawthorn Fruit, Senna Leaf, Honey.

Specification/Instructions for use:

• Adults and Children, 12 years and older: Drink one teabag twice a day, 30 minutes after lunch and dinner .Place one teabag in a cup with boiling water. Steep for 5-8 minutes before drinking. No milk, sugar, sweetener, or any juices may be added. A slice of lemon, etc. can be added to taste.

If stomach cramps occur, decrease daily dose to one teabag per day.
