Dosage: Efficacy of support may vary between users.

Instructions for use:

• Dry the skin thoroughly
• Peel off the clear transparent backing
• Stretch the patch slightly before applying the adhesive side to the skin
• On joints such as the knee, bend the joint before applying and stretch the patch around the joint
• When first applied, the patch may feel cold due to the water in the adhesive. Within 5 minutes the patch will feel warm and comforting and this will last for several hours. Use one patch at a time on the appropriate area

Do not use more than 3 patches per day on the same area. Reseal the pouch to protect the remaining patches
