Suggested Use: 

For the best results, use about 2 scoops (45 g) to 250-350 ml of cold water of fat-free milk and blend or shake in a handheld shaker for about 30 seconds. It is recommended that you have 1-3 servings daily as snacks, in-between meals, or as a light meal.
