Prescription renewal guide

If your prescription is expiring or has already expired, the best option is usually to renew with your regular doctor. Once you have an updated prescription, upload it securely through Pharmacy Direct. If you are unable to see your doctor in time, you may also choose an optional online doctor consultation.

Important: Prescription medication can only be dispensed with a valid prescription. Online doctor consultations are optional and subject to clinical assessment and approval.

Pharmacy Direct also serves as a designated service provider (DSP) for many private medical schemes, helping members access medication and support more conveniently.
