The Member Portal section will allow you to upload prescriptions, pay your Pharmacy Direct account, change your delivery address or chat to one of our agents.
To continue to this section we require your Medical Aid member details which may include dependent details, delivery address and contact details.

We understand that you may find that your order may not be satisfactory and as such, you may wish to return it. You will have 14 days within which to return it to Pharmacy Direct.
During that period, you may contact Pharmacy Direct at email@example.com to request our driver or messenger to collect the item/s. The collection of your return will be at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will deduct the cost of the collection of your return from your refund.
Please note that the order will not be accepted for a return if the original tax invoice is not provided to the driver. Pharmacy Direct is not able to accept the return of personal hygiene products.
We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the manager of the Online Warehouse, having inspected the condition of the item returned. We will send you a notification when you have successfully returned the product. Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect.
Any product that you want to return to Pharmacy Direct must be in its original packaging and unused. Pharmacy Direct will not accept returns of vouchers or gift cards or any products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations.
Pharmacy Direct will not accept the return of any medicine or device for credit or replacement unless there is a defect in the packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine or device has been dispensed.

We will deliver your orders from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 17:00.
Your order will be delivered to your elected address after your order is confirmed by full payment. We do not deliver any orders on weekends or public holidays. We will use best endeavours to ensure that you receive your order within the specified time, however we do not accept responsibility for delays occasioned by power cuts, incorrect details for delivery, or your unavailability to accept delivery.
We reserve our rights for changes in delivery lead times. During the busy times of the year such as Black Friday, or Christmas and New Year, Easter seasons, our delivery lead times might change.
Your delivery shall be accompanied by a statement of account showing the product being delivered, the Value Added Tax amount, any ‘no stock’ or ‘sold out’ items and the total amount debited from your bank account for the transaction.
Online Warehouse orders scheduled for delivery with monthly chronic medication will be delivered at no additional cost. All other deliveries for orders purchased via the Online Warehouse will be subject to a delivery fee. On delivery, our messengers or drivers will request the recipient of the goods to verify his or her identity and sign for it. Pharmacy Direct shall assume that any person other than yourself who accepts delivery for the products at your elected address will have been authorised.
In the event that you or your elected representative are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The delivery service will attempt to contact you in order to arrange for an alternate delivery time. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required in the circumstances. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
Please arrange that you or your authorised representative are available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.
We will debit the total value of your online order against the bank card account tendered by you during the check-out process. Payment will be effected on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery.
When you place an order and enter your identity number and bank card details, you warrant that you are of legal adult age and authorised to make payment with your bank and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order. The Online Warehouse will not be able to use your medical aid card or details to process your purchase.
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Please contact your medical scheme for reimbursement of any purchase made on the Online Warehouse.
Existing users must settle all outstanding amounts – 30 days and older - on their purchases before an order can be confirmed by Pharmacy Direct.
Once an order has been placed and paid, the order can not be cancelled.
