Ingredients per 12.5ml: Each 12.5ml contains: Caralluma Fimbriata 30% 50 mg, Vitamin B1 Thiamine HCL 10 mg, Caffeine 100 mg, Teacrine 10 mg, Cromium AAC 10% 0.45 mg, Senna Leaf Powder 5 mg, Taurine 20mg

Other Ingredients: Lemon Lime F160 / W and Peppermint Flavourants. Contains Sucralose, Glucose. Thickeners: Glycerine and Sodium CMC(Akucell). Preserved with Methyl and Propyl Paraben. Purified Aqua. Alcohol-Free.

Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage, efficacy of support may vary between users  

•  Adults: Take 5-12.5 ml, 10-30 minutes before meals, two to three times daily. Do not take after 4 pm. Remember to drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. Only effective in combination with a balanced, energy-restricted diet and regular exercise. Do not use for more than 5 days per week. Shake well before use.
