Tony Ferguson Dietary Fibre Powder provides a source of dietary fibre in powder form that can be easily added to food or drinks or used for cooking. This combination of soluble and insoluble fibre works together to cleanse the bowel, keep you regular and prevent constipation while also helping you to feel fuller for longer.

Ingredients: Psyllium Husk, Oat Fibre, and Slippery Elm.

Allergens: Contains bran derived from oats.

Directions for Use: Sprinkle 2 teaspoons over your favourite cereal, or add to 250ml to 300ml of your favourite drink, stir briskly and enjoy.
