Active ingredients: Ferrous fumarate 150mg equivalent to 49.3mg elemental iron; Amino acids: L-Histidine HCl, L-Lysine HCl, Glycine; Vitamins: Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12,

Folic Acid, Vitamin C.

Indications: Astyfer contains minerals, amino acids and multivitamins that assist in improving anaemia and the regeneration and maintenance of blood cells.

Side-effects: Mild gastrointestinal disturbance may occur.

Dosage:

  • Adults: 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a healthcare provider.
