B-Cal-DM Tablets 30's

Calcium supplement with Vitamin D3 and Magnesium. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.

Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate 500mg, Magnesium Carbonate 125mg and Vitamin D3 400IU.

Contraindications: Do not use the product if known hypersensitivity or allergies exists towards any of the ingredients.

Warning and Special precautions: If you are taking any chronic medication consult your medical practitioner before using it.

Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage, efficacy of support may vary between users.

•  Adults and children 9 years and older: Chew 1 to 2 tablets daily with meals, or as prescribed.

Interval of 4 hours between first and second intake to maximise absorption.
