Ingredients per tablet: Glucosamine sulphate 400mg, Boswellia serrata 100mg, Curcuma longa 100mg, Ginger root extract (5% gingerols) 100mg.

Indications: Build and maintain healthy cartilage damaged through injury. Reduce pain and swelling caused by sprains, strains and injury and also reduces inflammation.

Contraindications: Do not use the product if known hypersensitivity or allergies exists towards any of the ingredients.

Warning and Special precautions: If you are taking any chronic medication consult your medical practitioner before using it.

Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage, efficacy of support may vary between users. 

•  Adults 18 years and older: Take two tablets three times a day, for two days. Thereafter, take one tablet three times a day, or as prescribed.
